*New School is Occupied*

Students of the New School University, from the Radical Student Union and SDS, along with supporters from universities including NYU, Hunter College, City College of NY, CUNY Graduate Center, Rutgers University and Borough of Manhattan Community College*, *are currently occupying the New School Graduate Faculty Building (65 5th Avenue in Manhattan –
@14th Street).

Right now, between 250 and 300 students are occupying the building, and there are several hundred students in front, chanting “War criminal Kerry, resign!” Organizers are asking anyone who can to come out *now* to support the students.

For updates on the occupation, see http://www.newschoolinexile.com or NY Indymedia <http://nyc.indymedia.org/en/>.

*F.I.S.T. *(Fight Imperialism Stand Together) stands in solidarity with the New School Occupation, and we encourage every one who can to come out to support the students who are taking an important step forward.
*All OUT to support the growing struggle.
*
*Solidarity with the New School Occupation!
Solidarity with all peoples’ resistance: Greece, Palestine, Iraq,
Philippines, New York, & around the globe*

*Demands from the Radical Student Union*

*What We Want:*

1. The removal of Bob Kerrey as president of our university
2. The removal of James Murtha as executive vice president of our
university
3. Students, faculty, and staff elect the president, EVP, and Provost.
4. Students are part of the interim committee to hire a provost.
5. The removal of Robert B. Millard as treasurer of the board of
trustees.
6. Intelligible transparency and disclosure of the university budget
and investments.
7. The creation of a committee on socially responsible investments as
